  Ferdinand D’Souza
    An internationally recognized course leader in transformational education, training and development, Ferdinand D’Souza has introduced leading edge methodologies to the issues facing people, individuals, groups and organizations in public, company and institutional contexts.  He has a global reputation for inspirational leadership and the effective management of complex projects - from concept to delivery.  D’Souza’s clients have ranged across the USA, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, India, Dubai, Bangladesh and Afghanistan.
   He coached and developed sales and production managers, and senior trainers in a large, international training and development organization, Landmark Education, building their Country Operations in India from scratch to three large international standard offices with operations in six cities.  This development increased participation levels in Landmark Education programs in India tenfold between 1991 and 2005. 


David Norris, PhD
   David Norris was a Fulbright Fellow and served on the faculties of Columbia College and the City College of New York.  He led personal development courses and workshops for 20 years, bringing individual and organizational transformation to thousands.  David is now an independent international consultant, coach and facilitator, dedicated to bridging cultures through his work in innovation, conflict management, goal-setting and leadership development.  Born in Ecuador, he grew up in the United States, and now lives in Europe where he works in both German and English. 
  Clients have included Engelhard Technologies, Eli Lily Pharmaceutical, BMW, Louis Féraud Fashions, Bayernoil Refineries, Asylum Entertainment, Enseco, Syngenta (a merger of divisions of Astra-Zeneca and Novartis), the British Army, the Concord Institute, the Fraunhofer Institute, and a program sponsored by the US National Science Foundation at the University of California at Berkeley School of Engineering.

  Robert Mirabal is an American Indian artist from the Taos Pueblo of northern New Mexico.  Musician, writer, composer, flute-maker and performer, Robert has won multiple Grammy and Native American Music Awards in both traditional and modern categories.  His work has been recognized by numerous academic institutions and the Smithsonian Museum, and he has been featured in four national PBS Special Performances.  
  Robert has also brought his unique perspectives to bear upon the interpersonal and institutional issues of our time, teaming with organizations and consultants to create retreats and events based on the theme of building bridges between ancient wisdom and modern technologies.  He is able to powerfully integrate work with horses, creation of talking sticks, a variety of outdoor experiences, and the power of metaphorical speaking to address the challenges of corporate life.
