    A two-day group program examining just what it takes to produce Possibility Thinking and Breakthrough Innovation.



The Executive Intensive is a two-day personal development and breakthrough thinking program for one CEO or senior
    executive
facing big challenges – with people, culture, major transitions, and with thinking about their own futures.  This is a                     transformational session which enables senior leaders to discover how they are holding themselves back and how to move
    forward into unparalleled success.



Your Best Year Yet offers a proven on-line system that supports individuals or teams to produce the results they've always         wanted. 
Participants in this 12-Month program achieve ambitious goals in behavior, attitude and results for themselves, their      teams, and their clients.

 

Customized, results-based programs are available for organizations and project teams,

§      STRATEGIC VISIONING
          Imagine the future you really want and commit together to making
it real in a three-day group program of transformational                  training and coaching.

           

§     INVENTING, IGNITING, AND IMPLEMENTING YOUR MOST AMBITIOUS GOALS THROUGHOUT AN                       ORGANIZATION
         The principal impediments to producing effective new actions are people's current beliefs about the limits of what it is                          possible to begin and achieve.  This is a custom designed, long-term program in which participants produce results thought              impossible,  across an entire company or agency.


§       LEADERSHIP FOR INNOVATION
         Robert Mirabal, two time Grammy winning Native American musician and teacher, and Charlie Smith, world-class Executive                 Coach, co-lead a two-day program that reveals the attitudes, thinking, and action required for true innovation. 


§        MINDSET CHANGE
   
    A Mindset Change calls for people to see something differently.  This is a two-day program introducing leaders to a                             technology for mindset change in an organization.  It is an introduction to the training and coaching companies need to                      develop leaders and change the way they see everyday situations so that they are able to produce better results and a more            effective culture.

 

§        ENTREPRENEUR TRAINING
   
    Through this six-month program, 75 teams across 70 shopping centers achieved what each team self-defined as “impossible             objectives.”  Impossible was defined as having less than a 30% chance of success.   With our training and coaching, over a             multi-year application, 60 to 75% of the teams consistently met or exceeded their goals. 

 

§         RELEVANCE
       
Nothing is more important than “Being Relevant” with the people important to you and your success.  A brilliant and explicit             process has been developed by Root Theory Advisors, which enables you to identify and actually engage with the people you          want to be relevant with.  This applies in Sales, Innovation, Growth , Alliances, and Teams.  It begins with a one-day                             Introductory Program.

 

§        INTENTIONAL CULTURE
           Culture can be designed.  In this two-day program by Root Theory Advisors you learn about a nine-step analysis and                           transformational technology which creates a new culture.  This process will be demonstrated and leaders will see the                           challenges that must be addressed to apply the technology effectively.

 

§        “WHATS NEXT?”
            This four-hour training program for individuals or teams presents a new, potent, and reliable way to assure wise choices at                 work, at home, and in life.  Participants learn how to continuously expand their own and others’ energy, and take powerful                 action.  A one-year application plan will be created.

 

§        NAVIGATOR COACH TRAINING
          
The program purpose is to master the skills of a Merlin Navigator Coach through making one’s current project, company,                   agency, or community as successful as possible, both in business results and as an ethical system.  These people become               incredibly good internal transformation facilitators. 
                    This training begins with a trial 2-day introductory session followed by an 18-month program of skill training and                           coaching practice for those who go forward, m
eeting as a group once every three months for five days, and applying their               learnings back on the job between sessions.  It is a practical, step-by-step training, dependent on the readiness and                              mastery of each participant individually.   Through long-term training and mentoring, phenomenal business and cultural                    results are achieved.
