A
Mindset Change calls for people to see something differently. This is a two-day program introducing leaders
to a technology for mindset change in an organization. It is an introduction to the training and
coaching companies need to develop leaders and change the way they see everyday
situations so that they are able to produce better results and a more effective
culture.

ENTREPRENEUR
TRAINING
Through
this six-month program, 75 teams across 70
shopping centers achieved what each team self-defined
as “impossible objectives.” Impossible was defined as having less than a 30%
chance of success. With our training
and coaching, over a multi-year application, 60 to 75% of the teams consistently
met or exceeded their goals.

This
four-hour training program for individuals or teams presents a new, potent, and
reliable way to assure wise choices at work, at home, and in life. Participants learn how to continuously expand
their own and others’ energy, and take powerful action. A one-year application plan will be created.

NAVIGATOR
COACH TRAINING
The program purpose is to master the
skills of a Merlin Navigator Coach through making one’s current project, company,
agency, or community as successful as possible, both in business results and as
an ethical system. These people become incredibly good internal transformation facilitators.
This training begins with a trial 2-day
introductory session followed by an 18-month program of skill training and
coaching practice for those who go forward, meeting as a group once
every three months for five days, and applying their learnings back on the job
between sessions. It is a practical, step-by-step training, dependent on the readiness and
mastery of each participant individually. Through long-term
training and mentoring, phenomenal business and cultural results are achieved.
